OUR STORY, OUR MISSION

OUR TEAM

OUR STORY

With decades of experience in commercial real estate development and healthcare management, Nick Pavonetti, Dan Finn and Kenny Hancock have overseen the development of properties of all types. And they’ve seen firsthand how important it is for experienced leaders in development, construction, architecture, and finance to work together. With this in mind, they formed MDN Development, with a mission to build high-quality permanent structures that helps healthcare expand, grow profitability, and serve their communities more effectively.

EXPERIENCE

The MDN team has arranged the development, financing, leasing and sale of over $1 billion of commercial real estate and is experienced in healthcare design and construction. Team members have over 100 years of combined commercial real estate experience.

STREAMLINED PROCESS

MDN has created a streamlined, efficient process that helps healthcare expand in a way that not only saves money but also saves time. The turnkey MDN process allows healthcare to start serving more patients quickly, which helps the community and boosts revenue. Compared to a typical build, the MDN process can allow healthcare to start generating revenue from their expansion up to 12 months sooner. By designing buildings that are built offsite, MDN eliminates the obstacles of inclement weather and workforce challenges, avoiding delays. And by providing a comprehensive financing solution, the process becomes much easier and faster.

Healthcare expansion projects require a high level of industry-specific knowledge and experience, and we are proud to have experts in healthcare design, construction, and procurement on our team. MDN Development builds quality facilities that will help healthcare serve their patients well for years to come.

OUR TEAM

Our fully integrated team of professionals covers all aspects of modular construction. We have come together to create a process that optimizes the design, production, and installation of healthcare facilities while mitigating the financial burdens associated with such projects.

DEEP EXPERTISE

Healthcare expansions require specific knowledge and experience in the industry, and our team of companies has deep expertise in hospital design, construction, and procurement. We provide sole-source turnkey development for healthcare expansions that can get a client a new permanent facility within 12 months, cutting the traditional project time by 12 months or more.
